2. Ticketing & Booking Terms

• Issued digital e-tickets contain unique QR codes valid for 1 (one) single entry on the designated visit date.
• Visitors must present a valid e-ticket at the entrance gate either digitally on a smartphone or in printed format.
• Tickets purchased are non-transferable without prior written authorization from site management.

3. Payments & Cancellations (Refunds)

• Payments must be fulfilled within the designated transaction window during checkout.
• Cancellation and refund requests are subject to individual destination policies and must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit date.

4. Sacred Site & Heritage Etiquette

As custodians of spiritual and cultural heritage, we require all visitors to respect local customs and sacred traditions:

• Dress modestly and respectfully when entering sacred pilgrimage compounds (Menara Kudus, Sunan Muria Tomb, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness and dispose of waste responsibly throughout all nature and cultural sites.
• Honor fellow pilgrims and maintain peaceful reverence within sacred prayer sanctuaries.

All visual designs, brand assets, photography, and written copy on this platform are the property of Kudus Explore and protected under applicable copyright laws.
